This Chatham Vacation Rental offers ranch style living with A/C units in all 3 bedrooms- Wireless internet -expanded cable with Flat screen TV in both the living room and master bedroom! The sunroom is a great place to enjoy your meals while taking in the beauty of the outdoors - sit and read a book - play cards or a board game- whatever you like - it's a place to rest and relax! Just off the sunroom you enter the kitchen with a large table for dining -The Kitchen has new granite counter tops, crisp white walls, wood floors in addition to a dishwasher and new range. The living room is inviting with plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV over the fireplace. On one side of the cottage is the master bedroom with a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with Shower. There is also a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Two other bedrooms with twin beds can be found on the other side of the living room with a bathroom that includes a tub and shower. This ranch style cottage offers easy summer living! Outside enjoy the patio gardens with small picnic/dining table , charcoal grill and make sure to indulge in the outdoor shower when you return from the beach -a Cape Cod tradition! Harding's Beach is just a 1/2 mile down the lane - be sure to pack a picnic lunch one day and enjoy the dune walk out to Stage Harbor lighthouse - not to be missed! Walk Down the lane and enjoy the beautiful sunsets just around the corner at Bucks Creek Association. Looking for pizza, Chinese, coffee at Dunkin or to have breakfast with the locals at Larry PX? Well you in luck - just head back up the street and you will find all of these establishments at the end of Barn Hill Lane! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
