The house was built in 1960. The interior was totally remodeled & redecorated in 2000. A window system was added to the screen porch in 2012, effectively making it a three season porch. In 2013 all the house windows and outside trim were replaced. It sits on a point of land on Port Jefferson Harbor with breathtaking views of the harbor, sunrises and sunsets. There is an upstairs deck above the attached garage for barbecuing and outdoor dining. There is a 170 foot deep water dock that angles into a 330 foot bulkhead with a small private beach for swimming and launching water toys. In late 2019, we added solar panels, so the electricity bill is essentially zero
