'Brand New' list: kitchen; appliances; second floor 3/4 bath; fence in yard; garage door & remote opener & double hung windows. The place is buttoned up tight as a drum. Boiler & hot water heater installed in 2018. Firewood stays. Note: for Covid-19 high-risk, front-line workers, a 3/4 bath is in basement so entry through basement & clothing/footwear changeover after shower before proceeding: best way to protect your home environment! One never knows....
