The Roommate:
You would be sharing the apartment with two other people . One is a female finance professional (late 30s) and the other is a soon to be medical student (early-30s) . Weekdays are pretty quiet, we're generally out on Saturday evenings, and like to have people over for the occasional dinner party or movie night. We have a strong preference for someone who is generally tidy, and cleans up after themselves in the shared spaces.
Availability:
The room is available starting 1/1. There is some flexibility with the dates.
Viewing:
Please email me with times that may work for you. We will be showing the apartment by appointment.
Lease will run until 8/31/26, with the option renew on an annual basis thereafter.
