Like most lofts, it is not totally enclosed, so the loft and living room share open vertical space, like a bachelor. However, this apt also has a (small unfinished) basement, which is not typical for a bachelor, and it is larger than most bachelors. Apt is heated by electricity (baseboard heaters). Average cost of electricity, including heat, is estimated to about $130/month average, over the last 2 years, with AC used. First and last month's rent are required.
