You will be provided an rental application when you visit. There is a refundable application processing fee/deposit of 100.00. Once accepted a lease agreement will be provided for your signature. The fee/deposit is refunded if the application is not accepted unless there is a misrepresentation or falsehood made in the application. In the case of misrepresentation or falsehood all of the fee will be retained to offset the agent's cost time and effort in processing your application. Upon acceptance the 100.00 deposit will become a down payment on your security deposit. PETS. Talk to me about your pets how you care for them how my property will not be damaged by them. Note there will be an increase in rent for each pet. MOVE-IN COSTS. Be prepared. Upon approval of application and prior to occupancy the first month's rent plus security deposit (including pet deposit if applicable) are due. It is preferred that you also include Last Month's Rent at this time. If more time is needed you may pay equally over 6 months. Last Month's Rent must be received within 6 months of the commencement date of the lease. PAYMENT. Payment must be in cash money order cashier's check or direct bank transfer.
