Neighborhood Description Lake Parsippany has been an up and coming community over the years. In my 21 years at my residence I have seen the community grow into a community where the families and schools are wonderful and it is a very popular place to live. People come from other towns to walk around the man made lake, its a great stroll or power walk at 3 miles.
