Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in the Berkeley hills available for two month sublet! I'm headed out of state for a few months (possibly longer) and wanting to sublet to the right person. The place is located on a quiet block five minutes walking to an amazing fire-road trail overlooking Berkeley (a 4 mile loop for running or hiking), five minutes down the hill to the Berkeley campus, and is both a retreat cabin and modern 1-bedroom apartment. If we're a good fit, I'll ask for the chance to meet you (and show you the place) and a small deposit if you decided to lease (and signing a simple sub-lease). There's off-street parking on a driveway, plenty of parking on the street for guests, and the sun comes pouring in the months I'll be away. There's a laundromat just down the hill. Current offer is a two month lease, though there's some flexibility as I may be gone longer than June/July if you felt like extending.
