An older home that has evolved with the neighborhood for almost one hundred years. There is no single architectural style but it is utilitarian and someone with better sense of decor would have a good base to work with. There are three levels of rooms, so I think this house would not be so good for folks who cannot navigate stairs well and with low head clearance in basement I would not recommend for tall folks. Gas stove and heat (steam) with electric radiant in spots, vinyl siding and a new roof and recent hot water heater.
