This house features a front porch, entry foyer, living room, dining room, large sunny kitchen with large island open to family room with a gas fireplace, stairs from there down to another living space (family room/man cave/playroom?). Second floor features three bedrooms and a full bath, third floor features a bedroom with open area office and full bath. Hardwood floors throughout. Whole house generator will automatically engage in the event of a power outage. We have had tenants with pets in the past and are open to discussing pets. We will not be scheduling showings until the end of June, as the current tenants cannot accommodate until then. We strongly prefer tenants who intend to stay longer than one year, but will begin with a one year lease. Most of our tenants have happily stayed 4-5 years.
