Nonsmoking apartment building. Near great schools and forest preserve with bicycle paths. Close to route 83 and I-55. We strive for a safe and enjoyable environment. There are security cameras in hallways and around the building and in parking lot. After you see and like the apartment we require a credit, eviction and a criminal check $50 each adult. Owner pays for gas heat, gas stove, garbage pickup 3 times a week. Water and sewage fees. Includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and window blinds. Privet parking lot with snow removal and security cameras. No smoking building. No dogs but cats are ok. There is a one time pet cleaning fee.
