It has whole house air conditioning and the high-efficiency gas furnace was installed in 2021. The single-car garage is also in the basement, with additional parking space in the driveway. A deck on the rear of the house overlooks a good-sized open back yard. In addition to rent, tenants are responsible for paying the monthly water, gas (heat), electric, and city trash/sewer bills, as well as phone, private internet and/or cable TV connections. (The City of Minneapolis provides a free, unsecured wifi system that covers the neighborhood.) No smoking in the house. There is street parking in the neighborhood. Parking is not allowed in the yard The owners will be responsible for lawn and landscaping care in the warm months. Tenants will be responsible for show removal in the winter.
