The main house is 3000sq ft. There is a 1000sq ft apt above the garage. My husband and I built the house 20 yrs ago and raised our two children in it. Our kids are grown and out on their own. We sold the house in 2013 and rented it from them to now from the new owner who is a great guy. We just recently moved into the apt from the house because it just didn't make sense for us to be in such a large house waiting for visits from the kids. LolPlus we built the house for a family, that's what it needs. Soooo... Now the main house is for rent. When we owned we had my parents life in the apt for 12 yrs then rented it out for the past 8 yrs. it is a very separate situation but als next door neighbors. There are times when you go months without seeing each other. We are great friends with both our old tenants which we love. There are two garage bays with the house. The apt gas one as well as a small storage space in the basement. It's close but not. .. We r respectful people hoping that anyone who rents we can become friends with. Anyway....
