Neighborhood Description The former schoolhouse is located in the Rochdale section of Leicester, Mass. The neighborhood features a golf course less than 1/4 mile and 4 additional golf courses in the surrounding 10 miles. The condo is located off of Route 56, which leads to Routes 2 and 9, which lead to Boston, Worcester, Auburn, etc. Two major shopping centers (Auburn and Millbury) are located within 15 minutes. The condo building itself is currently occupied by single or married professionals. A park is next door, as well as a pond. There are small businesses nearby, but none that create significant traffic volume. Condo complexes and older single family homes are in the vicinity.
