No eating or drinking in the bedroom. - Grill and Fire Pit: Unhook the propane and replace covers after use. - Illegal Substances: Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises. - Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cabin and properly disposing of trash. Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure timely resolution. - No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the premises. - Pets: Pets are allowed with a $50 non-refundable per pet fee. - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
