AMENITIES: Scenic Mountain Views Modern Bathroom: Hair dryer, bidet, and bath products included Comfortable Bedroom & Laundry: Free washer and dryer, cozy cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi, 55-inch HDTV with streaming services (Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix), books, and board games Climate Control: Split-type ductless system for heating and cooling, portable fans (cooling and heating). Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and more Outdoor Living: Spacious enclosed patio deck with BBQ grill A car is essential for your stay, with a 4x4 recommended in winter months after snowfall. The roads are paved and regularly plowed in winter, and the property features a medium-sized off-street parking lot that can accommodate 3-4 cars. House Rules: - Commercial Photography: Not allowed. - Furniture: Please do not rearrange the furniture. Take care of the furnishings and avoid wearing shoes inside the cabin. No eating or drinking in the bedroom. - Grill and Fire Pit: Unhook the propane and replace covers after use. - Illegal Substances: Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises. - Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cabin and properly disposing of trash. Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure timely resolution. - No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the premises. - Pets: Pets are allowed with a $50 non-refundable per pet fee. - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Bears are active in the area from March to November. - Water Use: Please use water sparingly. We use a well, not city water, so help us conserve. Bottled drinking water is provided. The fridge's ice maker and water dispenser are not connected. - Heating: Please turn the heat down low when you go out. - Winter Conditions: In winter months, the city will plow the main road to the cabin during the day, but plowing operations will stop at 9 PM. A 4WD vehicle is recommended during heavy snowfall but not required.
