Tenants will: NOT SMOKE (cigarettes, vapes, cigars, illegal drugs, marijuana) in or around the premises. NOT GROW MARIJUANA or produce any ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR DRUGS (such as meth, etc) on any part of the premises (garage, crawl space, interior rooms, added structures such as a shed). -Not store dangerous materials- flammable or explosive materials in or around the premises. -Not have water beds, hot tubs, or trampolines.
