Super convienient commute - The Pier Cat Bus stops in front of the townhome and goes straight to campus from this stop. The Cat Bus also runs to downtown on the weekends until 2am. The Pier has multiple pools, gyms, lazy river, amazing study facilities, walking paths, and the lake! Security deposits and pet deposits are handled directly with The Pier - students with guarantors/co-signers may not be required to place a deposit. Please let me know if you have any questions.
