We are moving and need to sublet our apartment for the remainder of the lease. The sublet would be done through Heritage Village apartments and is for the months of April, May, June, and July of 2017. We are responsible to find people interested but Heritage Village in Guilderland will do all of the paperwork. Rent is at the current amount we are paying ($1350/month including heat and hot water) which is less than starting a new lease. The sublet must fill out an application and pay the $35.00 application fee and are to be qualified for the apartment the same as other residents through Heritage Village leasing office. One month security deposit is required. The apartment is 2 bedroom 1.5 baths with a den. The community has a recently renovated 24hr fitness center, pool, a community room, play ground, tennis courts, all in a beautiful setting less than 10 minutes from Crossgates Mall! The sublet must fill out an application and pay the $35.00 application fee and are to be qualified for the apartment the same as other residents through Heritage Village leasing office. One month security deposit is required.
