A lovely home across the street from a small Park. This home has only had one owner, us. We have updated it and besides putting in a now kitchen in 2010 we also replaced all the toilets. We replaced the dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer in November of 2017. We have flag / blue stone down the front walk and from the walk at the bottom of our front steps the walk goes around the side onto a patio, out to the the back Lane. The landscaping is lovely / front and back. We also have a Rinnai. The bath(floor and shower) off the master bedroom was just re-tiled. This home has been kept up like new.
