This is one of the two end units of a building which consists of a total of ten condos. It's equipped with a galley kitchen, granite countertops, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and two burner cook tops. The place currently has a comfortable sofa bed, but I can provide a bed instead of the couch like the one which is all by itself in the picture. Please bring your own bedsheets, blankets pillowcases etc. You have your own porch deck for added privacy. The atmosphere is a much more personal and quiet one than in a hotel where people are moving in and out on a daily basis. There is a shared BBQ area. Cats are ok but unfortunately, not dogs. There is NO washing machine or oven in the unit. The rent starts on June 1st 2025 and ends at least on Aug 31st 2025 for $3,000 for each month. If you wish to stay for September, it's 2000 for the month and 1400 for the months of October and on. Move-in and move-out dates are somewhat flexible. I am currently NOT seeking tenants for a much shorter lease period than three months. A security deposit of $2,000 is due at lease signing and first and last month's deposit is due 15 days after. There may be some flexibility on the price of the rent depending on the length of stay etc. Tenant pays electricity, water/sewage is included in the rent.
