Great front porch to relax on as well as a back patio. Quiet neighborhood within easy walk of neighborhood park and pool. One existing family pet (e.g. small dog or cat) is negotiable depending on size/breed. Ample parking. Tenant pays all utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer). Tenant is also responsible for yard maintenance and care. An existing family pet is negotiable (if you have an existing family pet that has good references/won't destroy the place we can talk about it). No new pets. Pets will require a $250 non-returnable deposit. No smoking allowed in the interior of the house. Parking up to three cars is okay. Home occupancy is limited to four total; three adults maximum. A one year lease is expected; with a $1700 security deposit plus the first month's rent expected. Tenants are expected to let the landlord know about any issues with the house immediately so that we can take care of any problems. Tenants are expected to do minor repairs/maintenance up to $50 (example: change lightbulbs, HVAC filters, repair a running toilet - standard household stuff).
