An awesome house on two - tree covered lots, requires remodeling. We bought this home as it is adjacent to our current house with the intention of remodeling, but because we travel out of the country often for work, have not had the time. In its prime, this was a very beautiful and ornate home in Palisade, but over the years people have stolen the woodwork from inside. The house needs a roof, flooring and drywall, but the rafters and joists are sound. The basement needs a new center beam and some support around the foundation. The basement boasts a HUGE coal/wood fire burning furnace that alone is probably worth more than the house. Glad to provide interior shots for interested parties.
