Although the Town of Beech Mountain clears snow off the main roads quickly in winter, it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain, and bringing snow chains is advisable. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. No smoking is allowed, and only registered guests may stay overnight. This is a privately owned home, and the owners aren't responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings. By booking, guests assume all risks. Keep the property and furnishings in good order and use appliances as intended. Linens are provided, but there is no daily housekeeping.
