Two very special year round houses on a 1 acre lot, 100 meters through a historic settlers cemetery to Kingsburg Beach. One (the Schoolhouse) is a converted c.1840 one room schoolhouse with a sleeping loft. The other (the Beach House) is a 30 year old house, designed by Brian MacKay-Lyons, with two lofts joined by a bridge. As soon as you get out of your car, you will see the ocean and hear the surf. The houses are in excellent condition and are insulated for year round habitation.
