This is my home and it sits upon .58 acres, as do all the homes in this subdivision. However Zillow has my property listed as .28, which I am sure has affected the value of the listing. The home has 2413 sq ft of heated space, plus another 324 sq ft of addition (sun room) which is not centrally heated, a 2 car garage and a 16 x`6 shed built in 2009. I would appreciate an adjustment to the listing, even though we are not interested at the moment in selling. We may be in the future, so having this listing corrected now will be important for a proper value applied to it. Thank you.
