Location is fantastic - close to everything in Portland, especially back bay! $1850 plus utilities, and being on the 3rd floor means using far less heat. Small gas unit is very efficient, and cleaned regularly, as recommended. Former tenant was not careful n used 80/mo average for heat/hot water. This is a smoke free, quiet & friendly building.
