Rent: $3000/month Security deposit: $3000 (payment options are flexible) Pet deposit: $300, refundable. Lease terms are flexible with a minimum of 6 months, but a year preferred. Longer lease options are available, depending on the circumstances. I also have the option for joint leases and subletting if desired, but all tenants are responsible for full rent in the instance of someone moving out. I perform background checks on all tenants, including for subletting. Combined monthly income must be atleast 2x monthly rent (6600/month for all tenants). No smoking is allowed inside the property, but outside the property is allowed (absent fire restrictions). Non-renewal notice is 60 days and renters insurance is required for all tenants (joint vs individual policies will depend on subletting). Gas, electric, sewer, and water are included in rent.
