First, last and damage deposit due at signing of lease. $50 application fee for every person over 18 within the home. Tenant must be able to provide payment via money order, Walmart to Walmart transfer, or cashier's check upon signing, as well as monthly for rent. Tenant pays all utilities and trash. Laundry hook-ups in unit, tenant to supply appliances (washer/dryer). No pets allowed. No smoking. Owner to pay for yard work (i.e., mowing, weed eating, leaf blow).
