This is an absolutely fabulous lot in Valmeyer with an amazing view plus still have a nice backyard once the home is built. If you are driving by, you must get out and walk it. The lot slopes for a natural walkout but then the yard is flat for a long way plus there is a beautiful ridge that extends out. The view of the bottoms (at least when leaves are not on the trees) is spectacular. You have the best of both worlds with this lot. You have a flat backyard that is open and then you have the trees surrounding the yard for ultimate privacy! This is a great lot on a cul de sac in the 5th addition of Valmeyer. What more can you ask for!!
