A wonderful 2ndfloor balcony is perfect for capturing the ever-changing evening skies as the sun sets. Sink into the deep adorandack chairs and relax with a great book and your favorite wine. This area is sure to be a favorite of all guests. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One is a spacious room containing a king size bed and large closet. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and large chest. These rooms have large windows with great water views of the inter-coastal waterway. Open the blinds and take in the beautiful morning sunrise. A large bathroom with shower and tub along with the laundry room completes this charming second floor home. Home is under contract for January through March of 2022. Available monthly this year for August-September-October 2021 No pets are allowed. Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property. No loud gatherings! PassAGrille is a very quiet neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors. Monthly rental will include all utilities. One parking pass is provided for on street parking and a detached garage will accommodate SUV or smaller vehicle. If parking pass is lost a $200 fee will apply and another one will not be issued. The city will only provide one parking pass per year! Renters will have to sign a Seasonal/Short Term Rental Agreement with terms and conditions.
