Cozy one bedroom one bath furnished condo across the street from the beach access. One of the most budget friendly rentals on the beach. Fully equipped full kitchen, separate bedroom (with either two twin beds or one king sized bed). Living room has flat screen tv, cable tv, and dvd player with a queen size pull out sofa for guests . This condo is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs. Just walk out the door and head straight to the beach. We are in a small complex, only 11 condos total, with a shared fenced courtyard/patio area . Indian Rocks Beach offers great restaurants, convenience stores, tennis courts, pickleball, parks. fishing, library, art center and beautiful beach all within a short walking distance. Both Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches are an easy drive or you can hop on the beach trolley to visit all of our nearly beaches. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo. Nor are pets...our association does not allow renters to have pets. PayPal, Zelle or check accepted for payment. Please note the condo is only available to rent for the months of Sept, Oct, Nov and/or Dec 2019. It is not available for Jan - April of 2020. Fully furnished across from beach. Utilities included.
