I bought this home in 2016 I completely get it it I put all new wiring all new insulation all new Florent all new carpet all new high-end kitchens all new 20 by 20 Italian tile in the kitchen through the dining room carpet in the living room down the hallway into the three bedrooms R38 insulation in the ceiling AR-15 in the walls all new drywall all new Oak trim Anderson doors going out to the back sunken family room which is all wood with a cathedral ceiling and beams and rafters with all glass windows looking over the backfield which is awesome I put a brand new lifetime shingled dimensional roof on it all new gutters soffit and fascia continuous ridge vent it has a hip roof I tried all the downspouts into separate runoff trains that go out away from the house I put French drains all around the house I am a carpenter for the past 38 years I go to extremes to do everything perfect the cabinets are all high-end Oak with crown molding and granite countertops I did not skip a detail in this house when I did it
