The location is about 8 minutes from Kerrville between Ingram and Hunt TX. The cabins are available in 30 day terms and can continue monthly as long as a good neighbor policy is used. Quiet time after 10 pm. Guest staying longer than 3 days need approval. I vehicle per cabin unless other arrangements are made.
