It is set in our landscaped garden space with private entrance and no shared walls. The cottage is behind a house on a quiet North Oakland street. This is a sweet little place which is perfect for one person but is just too small for a couple. Sorry, no exceptions. Small dog or cat negotiable. Includes free use of washer and dryer. From our last tenant: I rented this studio for about a year, but I would have stayed much longer if I could. It's on the smaller side, so all the details are thoughtful and practical. I appreciated the full kitchen, generous window space, and lovely garden area complete with fruit trees! Also, Aisha & co. have been super flexible and communicative. I didn't experience any major issues at this rental, but I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response to an inquiry or minor concern.
