    Lots of potential on a quiet street. Large lot to play with. Big square footage in the home and lot. Save money on those high water bills as this home is on a well. Big storage area and/or workshop around 400 square feet. The home was built in 1951 and had a garage, which was incorporated into living area as I understand it in the 70's. It has 2 kitchens and is used basically as a 2 unit with brothers occupying each side. It is a fixer, but has a new roof that was put on in 2017, which was permitted with the city. Newer exterior paint, most windows replaced with vinyl. It has 2 furnaces. The Zoning would allow a STR, (Short Term Rental), which this home would be ideal for, owner occupying one side and renting the other. However, all the City approved licenses have been taken. They only allow 37 in this District IV. A wait list could be an option? It could be perfect for an in-law situation, or any living arrangement that could best operate with seperate living quarters. Put the unruly teenagers in the othere side? The pump for the house well was replaced in April 2022. Pre 1972 domestic well permits were not required. The new owner would register it. The well head is located under a portion of the house. A second well for the yard is not working. Buyer to explore any use(s), zoning, square footage, property condition, construction, and schools, to assure themselves that the use they desire is possible, and appropriate for them. The Attorney for the Estate has no knowledge of the condition of any elements to the propery, as the Seller's Property Disclosure will state. Seller will not be responsible for removing anything left on the property at the date of possession by Buyer of the home.
