This studio is currently available for long-term lease to an individual from May 15th 2026. Fully-furnished unit includes a small cozy space, hot tub, meal prep area (no stove), deck, shower and bathroom. The owner is interviewing applicants. The space must be seen. A relationship and personal connection should be made with the owner to ensure the style of the studio and management approaches are fit for the tenant's needs. This ski lease is for the studio shown in the pictures, not the home next to it. Rate includes all utilities (water, sewer, internet, propane, electricity). Tenant pays for (or does) their own snow removal.
