Parking: Spaces available throughout development and neighboring street. Garage space available for additional fee.
Pets -- May be considered. If accepted, tennant responsible for carpets being professionally cleaned when moving out. $100 monthly fee.
Rent: $1350. Garaged Parking Spot is $150/month. Lease is six months, but I would prefer someone who is planning on staying a while, preferably a year (or longer). $1350 refundable security deposit required. No guests without consent. Communication is key.

I love everything outdoors from road and mountain biking, to paddle boarding, snow shoeing, and backpacking. I'm a positive, optimistic, down to earth individual who values honesty and communication.
After 15 years in restaurants, I pivoted to phlebotomy and healthcare. I have a varied schedule throughout the week, typically with Saturdays and Mondays off.
I have a 18 yo daughter and 12 yo son who live with me Fri-Tuesday every other week.
