It will be renovated after the current tenants move out. The minimum lease term is 24 months( the lease term in this ad is 1 year due to the site's restriction for showing a longer lease term). An optional 36 months lease is available with 2300/m rent for the third year. Only immediate family members are allowed to be included in the lease. Sub-leases, sharing the rent with no family member or offering the place on sites for temporally occupancy as Airbnb or similar are NOT allowed. No smoking is allowed inside the house. There is a non refundable $300 pet deposit fee. The earliest date for showing is April 15th. The place will be renovated after the current tenants move out and it will be available for moving in on May 1st. There is no separate water meter for the house so the water fee of $50 is collected from the HOA based on their calculation.
