This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is fully furnished with modern amenities, offering a little oasis for your next stay. Enjoy the great patio area with a pool, outside games, a grill, and a TV. The Arizona Cardinals stadium is just 2 miles away, Westgate Entertainment Center is 1.8 miles away, and popular dining spots like Hash Kitchen and Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers are only 1.6 miles away. We will accept one dog with a pet fee of $200, which must be paid upfront. Emotional support animals will have a pet fee of $150. Guests must bring a kennel for the dog and clean up after their pet. The pet fee is not an additional cleaning fee, and extra charges may apply if additional cleaning is needed. A propane grill and tank are provided, and if the propane tank is empty, guests can refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse the cost. Firewood for the fire pit follows the same guidelines. The maximum occupancy is 10, and if exceeded, or if there are more than 3 vehicles, you agree to forfeit the reservation with no refund and immediate eviction. Unauthorized vehicles or guests will result in eviction with no refund. No large gatherings or parties are allowed to maintain neighborhood integrity. The pool is not heated, and guests are responsible for their own safety. No smoking inside the home or within 15 feet of windows or doors, with a minimum fine of $750 for violations. Cars may only be parked in the driveway or one in the garage, with no street parking allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and late check-out fees apply. A $100 fee will be charged if guests haven't checked out by 11:30 AM, with an additional $50 for each half-hour thereafter. Please set the AC to 80 degrees upon check-out to avoid potential damage. If any house rules are broken, you agree to forfeit the entire reservation amount and additional fees.
