There is a one-time, non-refundable $150 pet deposit. This is the minimum amount charged to me for professional carpet cleaning and a specific pet solution the carpet service uses. There will be additional charges if there is property damage done by the pet, but this is all listed in the Pet Policy.
No smoking inside of the residence (this will impact the return of the security deposit if the smell of smoke must be removed from the carpet and walls).
Tenant will care for the inside of the apartment as if were a home (clean, upkeep, small maintenance as required like lightbulb changing), and take care of the parking area and the front and the back porches of the home as shared space.
