Bathroom includes tub/shower combo and stylish tile floors. Located in North Springfield conveniently near transit, commerce and Page Park. Lease Term: One Year Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets may be allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 for each approved pet. No dog breeds will be permitted if prohibited by insurance. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for paying for and replenishing propane gas, but all other utilities are paid by Owner/Agent. Laundry: Home does not include laundry. Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for minimal landscaping around the tiny house. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
