Adorable tiny house studio is available for rent in a quiet North Springfield neighborhood. The tiny home includes kitchenette, full bathroom and propane heat. Bathroom includes tub/shower combo and stylish tile floors. Located in North Springfield conveniently near transit, commerce and Page Park. Lease Term: One Year Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets may be allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 for each approved pet. No dog breeds will be permitted if prohibited by insurance. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for paying for and replenishing propane gas, but all other utilities are paid by Owner/Agent. Laundry: Home does not include laundry. Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for minimal landscaping around the tiny house. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
