Any Uber ride down town will be under $10 and literally you can walk anywhere in downtown from this location to the Coors Field, Bell Center, or Mile High. You just cant ask for a better location. You just wont find a better location. Not to mention for in walking distance of Civic Park and Cheese-man park. 11.5 months the first year. The second year is a 12 month.
