The downstairs apartment roommate is a full-time paleontologist at the Nature and History Museum in Denver. Loves board games and nerd culture. She would essentially be your only roommate as there is a back entrance to go downstairs. We keep the house quiet during normal business hours (8-5), and it's still usually quiet well past then. A few important house rules: No smoking or drugs (including 420/vaping) on the premises. No animals. No couples (even if you're married). House Rules: Guests are allowed until 10PM during the week and midnight on weekends. Overnight guests cannot stay overnight more than 2 nights per month without prior landlord approval. SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY offer of $300 off first months rent when you move in by December 1st, 2024. $750 rent includes a furnished room, utilities, and internet The room is furnished with a bed, closet, desk, and chair. You will have 1 private room in our downstairs 2-bedroom apartment, which is shared with an additional roommate. The downstairs apartment also has its own washer, dryer, kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom. All utilities are included (water/gas/electric/heat/AC/internet). Basic Requirements: 1. Verifiable income equal or greater to 2.5x rent (Students have this requirement waived with proof of acceptance and enrollment to a university if they plan to pay rent with student loans.
