Off the Pali or Likelike, /Nuuanu Avenue, thus a great location if you work in Waikiki, Financial District, Airport, or Honolulu town. Great restaurants at the foot of the hill. Perfect for someone who wants to get and be away from it all. One person only, no exceptions. Size and type of pet are subject to approval on a case by case as the owner also has pets and needs to ensure safety and serenity for all. The landlord/Property Owner lives in the Main house off /detached from the unit. Due to the property layout, and as ALL utilities are included (Electric, Water, dedicated high-speed internet exclusively for Tennant, washer/dryer), and to maintain serenity, occupancy is based on and limited to 1 person. An additional pet deposit is required should you have your furry buddy. The main home does have dogs and cats. So, your pet will be subject to approval to make sure everyone is safe.
