Tenant will pay for cable hookup, phone and internet charges, electricity, natural gas charges and any other services they contract for their own volition. We highly suggest that Tenant insures their personal property with renters insurance. Additionally, Tenant pays $50 fee to The Villages for (2) Resident Village ID cards. This card provides access to all Villages facilities; especially recommended for golfers!
