The property is a cute little home in a nice neighborhood very close to Forney Community Park and right by old downtown Forney. The home is in very good condition and the HVAC and roof are less than 5 years old. I am both the owner and landlord and I take care of any problems or issues very quickly and am easy to work with. Renter pays for all their own electric and water. Owner is also responsible for basic lawn maintenance (mowing and weed eating, etc )
