Consumables: A starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, is provided. After the initial package, guests are responsible for their refills. Please note that parking is limited to two vehicles. Additional vehicles may be parked in the driveway or in front of the home, subject to available space and local regulations. Kindly let us know in advance if you plan to bring more than two cars. Please note that we do not provide a garage remote or clicker. If you wish to receive mail at the property, we recommend a delivery directly to the door. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. -Our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay. We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 pet per stay for 30 day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. -Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. -Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues immediately. -Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. A cleaning fee is charged, but excessive mess may incur additional charges. -Please use all appliances and amenities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronic devices when not in use to conserve energy. -Guests are provided access to Wi-Fi. Any illegal or unethical internet activities are strictly prohibited. -Guests are not permitted to charge electric or hybrid vehicles on the property. Please make necessary arrangements for vehicle charging at designated facilities in the vicinity.
