Kitchen: full kitchen, seating for 3 at the counter. Primary Bedroom Suite: TV, King bed, ceiling fan. Bunk Beds: Sleeps two Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, vanity Covered Balcony: access from the living room, 2 large chairs. Washer and dryer Parking: 2 spots must use hangtag! Owner pays for utilities, deposit due at signing.
