Parkview apartments is a smaller community located close to central Kent and a short distance to Kent Commons and the Light Rail/bus station. Each unit has dedicated parking for two personal vehicles in our parking lot. Adjacent to the complex is a large city park. Parkview is comprised of one- and two-bedroom units with washer/dryers, decks or patios. Most units overlook the park and downtown Kent. Currently we are offering a two-bedroom and one-bath unit.
