Potentially looking to rent my place for the summer months. I can't move forward until I figure out my summer job situation. I posted pictures from when I bought it, so there are subtle differences. This condo would be great for a family or group of mature friends who frequently visits the Grand Lake or greater Winter Park area for all that summer has to offer. Walk in closet and deck attached to the master bedroom. Grill on the main level deck. You probably won't have access to the garage due to my need for storage. No pets allowed per HOA.
